Millie was a light and a safe place in a sometimes dark and unsafe world. She is in her real home now with her beloved son and her sweet dad, as well as her Heavenly Father. I spoke with her a number of times before she passed. She fought hard to live, but accepted that God had a different plan for her. Millie always accepted God's sovereignty. She held His hand and followed his will to her best ability. She was one of my heros and a huge influence in my walk with God. I'm positive she did that for many others as well.   Millie was always older than her years and far wiser than most people. She put up with my silliness and was too often put between me and the boy next door whom she loved like a brother in our silly on and offness.  I miss that she will not be with us in human form as we gather together again soon. I hope you guys will join me in celebrating her life as we celebrate our reunion and feel warmed by her light in our midst.
